Orders placed through BioLiteEnergy.com must contact BioLite Customer Service.
Orders placed through GoalZero.com must contact Goal Zero customer service.

As energy demands grow in communities where the grid does not yet exist, larger solar generator and storage solutions are a critical piece of the puzzle. With Goal Zero's portfolio of efficient, durable power stations in the mix, we have the ability to better meet those growing demands and help families and small business live productively, safely, and connected to the people and services that matter most to them.
Just a few months in and we have a shipment of Goal Zero power stations due for delivery in Nigeria in September - and we're just getting started.
Can I shop for BioLite and Goal Zero on a single site?
In 2025 we'll be highlighting some of our favorite products on each others' sites, but if you're looking for the full lineup, visiting each brand website is still your best destination. Alternatively, we are both carried on Amazon if you're looking for a single checkout.
How do the Cross-Store rewards work for the loyalty program?
Cross Store Rewards is a unique perk available to BioLite and Goal Zero Customers as the two brands are now part of a single organization. As a BioLite Rewards Member, you may redeem a portion or all of your points for cash discounts on GoalZero.com. So you if you see something you like from our sister brand, you can use your points towards that purchase. Note: be sure to select the "Cross Store Cash" rewards when looking to use this perk.
