We’ll still be showcasing our full branded lineups at bioliteenergy.com and goalzero.com, with crossover appearances happening with some of our favorite complementary gear. Meaning, if Goal Zero makes something we think you should know about, we’re gonna make sure you can see it when you’re shopping for energy solutions on the BioLite website (and vice versa).
One thing that IS new is our exclusive Cross-Store Rewards feature. If you have a loyalty account at BioLite or Goal Zero (or both!) you can now redeem your points for use at either shop. Our Teams Are Working Together
We used to be competitors, and now we’re colleagues – and the engineering team is stoked. This means more smart minds are coming together to design and build products that are efficient, durable, and meet the needs of our customers. With offices across New York, Milwaukee, and Salt Lake City, we’ve got an amazing group of individuals ideating exciting pipelines, building impressive testing rigs, and living in a variety of environments and conditions that enable us to really understand the various use cases of our products.
While we still maintain two separately dedicated Customer Support teams, we are actively working on ways to continuously improve our collective Service experience. This means streamlining our ticket support platform into a shared system, training up our teams on each other’s knowledge centers so we can pitch in when needed, and finding new tools and processes to create faster response times and positive resolutions. It’s not the most glamorous detail but we share it here because quality customer service is a top priority for our unified organization. We aim to have a fully revamped system up and running by late fall 2025. To our customers who have worked with us through this transition, we are grateful to you and thank you so much for your patience & feedback along the way.

Our Global Impact Is Getting Turbocharged
BioLite’s social enterprise model has built dozens of trusted last-mile partnerships across sub-Saharan Africa resulting in thousands of local agents on the ground, delivering and installing life-changing products. Where smaller, philanthropic projects may reach a few thousand, we’ve been able to reach over 14 million people with clean cookstoves and solar home lighting/charging systems. This means families no longer having to breathe in smoky open cooking fires, business owners staying open later with safe lighting, kids doing homework without a dangerous kerosene lamp, phones staying charged without an expensive trip into town. With Goal Zero’s lineup of high-capacity power stations, we now have the ability to serve increasing energy demands and reach an even wider range of customers from small businesses to families looking to move up the energy ladder.
